Similar to the basic package the difference here is that your property will also be marketed on all the major property portals in addition to Lets&Rents

We take on the role of the traditional estate agent, but at a fraction of the cost

How Does It Work?

Basic and Basic Plus:

The biggest advantage is that both these options are quick, efficient and easy to do. You can get quality tenants at literally the click of a button!

2. Submit Property Details and Photo’s

3. Make a payment and activate for Search

4. Lets&Rents Markets (either on just Lets&Rents Basic and/or major property portals Basic Plus)

5. Responses & Viewings (You – landlords, liase with interested tenants directly)

6. Sign-Up Tenant. Find all required documentation here

4. Lets&Rents checks property details and markets

5. Lets&Rents organises responses, viewings and feedback

6. Lets&Rents negotiates offers

7. Lets&Rents signs-up tenant, collects deposit, first months rent

Lets&Rents can also arrange EPC’s, Inventory & Check-In and Gas Safety Certificates at an additional charge (this will be done through third parties)

Minimum charge £298 (plus £49.99 instruction charge*) or 1 weeks rent, whichever is the greater
